It's been a week since I submitted my "final" edits to Evernight. I've provided a dedication and teaser excerpt - so now I wait for a release date. I'm anxious. I'm nervous. I suppose that's to be expected since On the Ropes is my debut novel. The first of hopefully many.
I'm well into The Warrior's Whisper, Leah and Heath's story. After reviewing my rough outline, and based on where I was in the story at around 25,000 words, I added another chapter. Chapter 7 is where Leah will visit Club Envidious for the first time. It's also the first time I'm writing anything truly BDSM related. I had originally thought it would take another story or two before I got there, but Leah and Heath decided they had other plans for me. I hope I do the club and the lifestyle justice.
